Job Description

Position Objective:
Provide support and education services to patients enrolled in the support program so that they have all the correct information to access their treatment and adhere to it.

Features:
Execute, control and apply corrective measures of activities in the Patient Support and Education Program, aimed at users of pharmaceutical products marketed by the pharmaceutical company client of LMT Conexus Group.
- Control access and management of referred patients through the patient support program that has been designed by the pharmaceutical company, a client of LMT Conexus Group.

- Ensure compliance with the principles, duties and obligations established by LMT Conexus Group for patient care and medical visits, as well as the adoption of indicators and standards to establish the quality parameters expected in their care processes.

- Guarantee coverage of patient support and education services, through its professional services.

- Ensure the correct use of the software, a platform used for the registration and management of all activities related to comprehensive patient care.

- Attend weekly, monthly meetings or when required by the Strategy team.

- Provide monthly follow-up through appointments to patients regarding their treatment in accordance with the Patient Support Program guidelines.

- Accompany and supervise the application of treatment for patients.

- Conduct educational and follow-up visits to meet specific patient needs

- Provide information on the administrative procedures for access to the pharmaceutical company's medicine according to the flow established by country, always complying with the legislation that applies to each market.

- Make visits to doctors to present the services and benefits of the program to patients, doctors defined in conjunction with the pharmaceutical company, accompanied by their sales representatives if necessary.

- Share the status of patients enrolled in the PSP with their doctors.

Essential Requirements:
-\ Bachelor's degree in Nursing (must be completely completed, nursing assistant degrees will not be taken into consideration)
-\ Professional registration in the respective school.
-\ Own vehicle – Essential (No motorcycles)
-\ Reside in San Salvador (The main visiting work is in San Salvador)
-\ Experience in managing oncological patients is desirable.
