At Colmédica Medicina Prepagada, we are looking for a Complaints and Claims Nurse to join our medical-administrative team. Your purpose will be to analyze, resolve and define the response to Requests, Complaints and Claims (from users and control entities) related to the relevance, management and timeliness in the provision of health services. You will act under quality criteria and current regulations, ensuring timely, efficient and effective management to mitigate associated risks.
WHAT DO WE NEED?
Essential requirements:
•\ Training: Professional in Nursing.
•\ Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service.
•\ Knowledge: Management of the Office package and knowledge of current regulations in the health sector.
WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
•\ Type of contract: Work or labor (maternity leave coverage)
•\ Schedule: 44 hours per week.
-Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts (7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
-Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
-Sundays and Holidays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Payments with legal surcharges).
-Rest: One weekend off per month.
•\ Modality: Remote, with availability to attend the office when required.
•\ Location: Bogotá.
