We are a leading Consultant in customer experience measurements, and we are looking for the best talent to join our team as a Telephone Survey Executive.\n\nYou will be responsible for channeling the voice of the customer, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards. Your work will identify opportunities to improve our service processes and, ultimately, transform the customer experience.\n \nWhat do we expect from you?\n- Technical or university studies, complete, truncated or in progress. \n- Minimum experience of 6 months in a call center in areas of surveys, customer service, sales, retention, among others. (Essential)\n- Knowledge in the banking, insurance or telecommunications sector.\n- User-level Office management.\n\nSkills:\n- High level of argumentation, fluent communication, good writing and spelling (Will be evaluated in the process).\n- Service vocation, achievement orientation and time management.\n\nRemote work: What do you need to work from home? (Essential)\n- Private and quiet space. \n- Wired Internet (Minimum 20MB). \n- PC or Laptop with Windows 10 minimum Core i3 and Headsets (Audio + Microphone)\n\nRemuneration: \n- Payment via Receipt for Fees on a monthly basis. \n- Payment date: 15th of each month. \n- Piece-rate payment (production) for each effective survey.\n- Each project has a different payment factor depending on the level of complexity of the survey.\n \nYou can work from anywhere in Peru, applies to Lima and the Province!\n\nAt Izo we believe that diversity adds incredible value to our teams, our services and our culture.
