Job Description

Your challenges:
- You execute virtual training strategies and methodologies.
- Create schedules and content for virtual and in-person training.
- You participate in meetings with different areas to align training needs and thus execute the necessary action plans.
- You build training tools (infographics, speech videos, quotes, guides, workshops, profilers,) that help strengthen the knowledge and skills of business advisors.
- You train personnel from different areas in new processes, sales of products and tools for work.
- Train and train new and old advisors in business skills.
- You train in the sale of the product portfolio to new and old advisors.
- You execute evaluation processes for commercial advisors and deliver results to the different operations
- You work together with the area of excellence to define training needs and generate tailored action plans.
- You actively listen to calls for commercial evaluation, always seeking to enhance the advisor's speech until the sale is achieved.
- Deliver results of training processes and feedback to advisors
- You monitor the evolution of the advisor according to the commitments agreed in feed back and deliver results to the different operations.
- You develop, motivate and facilitate a great work environment for your work team.

What do we need from you?
- You are a Professional in training or graduated from Business Administration, Psychology, Social Communication, Engineering and similar.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the commercial area (selling or training).
- Minimum 6 months of experience managing e-learning tools and being a sales coach in virtual spaces.
- It is desirable to have training in knowledge management developed in virtual spaces.
You are a proactive person, with creativity, innovation and effective communication skills.
