Are you passionate about technology and looking for financial stability in a dynamic environment? Important Startup in the digital entertainment and Fintech sector is looking for talent for the Customer Service and Level 1 Technical Support area.

We are looking for a decisive person, with excellent communication and the ability to manage transactions and user queries in real time.

What profile are we looking for?
• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in digital customer service, technical support or retention (preferably in sectors such as banking, e-commerce, betting or video games).
• Technical Skills: Management of CRM, live support chats (Zendesk, Intercom or similar) and intermediate Office parcels.
• Communication: Impeccable spelling and clear writing (essential).
• Attitude: High tolerance for frustration and focus on problem solving.
• Remote

Your Main Functions:
1. Provide technical and operational assistance to users through digital channels (Chat, Email, WhatsApp).
2. Manage and follow up on questions about transactions, payments and access to the platform.
3. Resolution of first-level incidents and escalation of complex cases to the technical area.
4. Ensure an exceptional user experience to encourage platform loyalty

What do we offer?
• Monthly Salary: From $1,000.00 to $1,200.00 USD (Payable in national currency according to the exchange rate).
