Job Description

We are looking for passionate people who want to be part of the Marketing team in the position of Communications Specialist. We value diversity of experiences, skills, and are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

Your challenges:

- You guarantee the correct implementation and localization of the brand's communication strategy in all media and markets in Latam; you align campaigns and brand parameters at each touchpoint; and coordinate the execution and measurement of actions in events, RRSS and PR to generate commercial opportunities and strengthen customer loyalty.
- You understand, design and execute plans that allow you to position the brand effectively in the market.
- You carry out brand audits to identify areas of opportunity, strengths and weaknesses, and thus implement corrective and/or improvement actions.
- You create, execute and evaluate comprehensive 360° communication strategies, covering ATL, BTL, events, public relations, social networks, Inbound Marketing, among others, as well as the management of owned, paid and earned media.
- You effectively manage relationships with communications agencies, media, public relations, BTL/Events, among others.
- You manage and coordinate events for clients and prospects.
- You manage, monitor and control the Marketing, communications and Media budget.
- You generate strategic planning, understanding the terminology for managing relevant metrics; managing to carry out effective negotiations related to the media, both in offline and online environments.
- You support the development of communication and marketing plans to achieve sales objectives through actions in offline media.
- You guarantee the dissemination of communication strategies to internal work teams.
- You ensure compliance with the schedule of the campaigns defined for the brand.

What do we need from you?

- You are a professional in Social Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Administration, related careers.
- You have been in Siigo/Aspel for at least 6 months
- You have 5 years of experience in the design, implementation and measurement of advertising campaigns in offline and online media, strategic planning based on market studies, and the monitoring and control of marketing, communications and media budgets.
- You are proficient in Office and digital tracking tools such as Asana, Trello or ClickUp.
