About the opportunity\nWe are a growing international company and are looking for a Product Development and Sourcing Specialist with experience in the development and production of physical products to lead projects in Latin America.\nThis position will be responsible for managing the complete product development cycle, from the search and negotiation with suppliers to mass production, quality control and final delivery, ensuring high quality standards, competitive costs and time compliance.\n\nResponsibilities\nManage the comprehensive development of physical products.\nIdentify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers in Latin America.\nCoordinate the sourcing and selection process of suppliers.\nSupervise the development of samples and prototypes.\nCoordinate mass production ensuring quality, costs and delivery times.\nFollow up on quality control during all stages of production.\nWork closely with suppliers to resolve incidents and optimize processes.\nCoordinate logistics and product delivery finished.\nMaintain solid business relationships with manufacturers and strategic partners.\nSeek opportunities for continuous improvement in costs, processes and quality.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or related careers.\nExperience in development of physical products, manufacturing or consumer goods.\nExperience in sourcing, purchasing or supplier management.\nKnowledge of the manufacturing and production process.\nExperience negotiating with manufacturers and suppliers.\nKnowledge in quality control and production management.\nAdvanced English (essential).\nExcellent organization, negotiation and communication skills.\n\nIt will be a plus if you have experience in:\nPromotional products (Merchandise).\nConsumer Goods).\nRetail.\nImport and export.\nSupply Chain.\nSupplier management \n\nWe offer\n100% remote work (LATAM).\nCompetitive salary.\nBonus for meeting KPIs of up to 15% of base salary.\nFlexible schedule.\n28 calendar days of paid vacation.\nReimbursement for medical services, sports activities and language courses.\nOpportunities for professional growth and development.\nInternational work environment.",
