DevSecOps Strategy and Culture Specialist

Requirements:
-Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- 4 years of experience implementing DevOps / DevSecOps practices.
-Experience in advisory roles, technical leadership or Agile technical coach.

Essential technical knowledge
-CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
-Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
-Pipeline security: SonarQube, Checkmarx, Fortify, OWASP ZAP.
-Containers and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes.
-Cloud: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.

Main responsibilities
-Evangelization and cultural transformation (40%)
-Design and execute DevSecOps culture adoption strategies in traditional teams (waterfall or silos).
-Teach workshops, mentoring and training sessions (Lunch & Learn).
-Act as a link between Development, Security and Infrastructure to align objectives and reduce friction.
- Acceleration of integrations and automation (35%)
-Create Golden Paths (templates and reference architectures) for self-service CI/CD.
-Identify repetitive manual processes and lead their automation.
-Standardize the corporate toolchain (Build, Test, Deploy, Monitor).
-Governance and security strategy (25%)
-Promote the Shift-Left Security strategy by integrating SAST/DAST into pipelines.
-Define and measure DevSecOps maturity metrics (DORA Metrics: Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes).
