WE ARE LOOKING FOR A: IT Services Monitoring and Support Specialist
Position Objective:
The IT Services Monitoring and Support Analyst will be responsible for the continuous supervision of the bank's technological infrastructure, operating on a 7x24 rotating shift schedule. Its main function is to detect, escalate and support incidents in real time using monitoring tools, as well as providing first-level care to servers and operating systems. This role is key to guaranteeing the availability, stability and operational continuity of technological services.
Through its function, it identifies, reports, addresses and, in the first instance, resolves any technical alert detected in the bank's technology services.
Follow and comply with the IT Service Management processes implemented in terms of compliance with service levels and regulatory regulations.
Required Technical Skills:
•Monitoring tools:
o Experience in platforms such as New Relic.
o Ability to configure alerts, interpret metrics and perform event analysis.
•Technical Support:
o Basic/intermediate knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux).
o Ability to review logs, identify errors, stop/start services and execute basic commands.
o Familiarity with incident handling and escalation processes.
•Shifts and continuous operation:
o Availability to work 7x24 rotating shifts.
o Ability to document events and maintain clear communication between shifts.
