As a Product Specialist you will have a key role in the correct availability and maintenance of health plans for marketing.

Your impact will be key for us. You will be in charge of:

- Configure and validate health plans using Excel for correct loading into the system.
- Keep plans updated to ensure a correct bonus.
- Attend and manage queries related to errors in bonuses.
- Report the creation of new plans to the Superintendency according to current regulations.
- Approval providers to keep commercial alliances updated.
- Update the benefits valued in accordance with current regulations.

Schedule:

- Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 18:00 and Friday until 13:30
- 100% Remote Work (Teleworking)

We will make an immediate match if you have:

- Higher Level Technician Title in Administration.
- Between 1 and 2 years of work experience.
- Previous experience in the health field is desirable.
- Knowledge or experience in bonuses and coverage.
- Advanced level use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Analytical, organized and detail-oriented profile.
- Ability to manage information accurately and work collaboratively.
