Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist (HR Generalist) to join our remote work team and provide support in the different human talent management processes of a company with operations in the United States.

Main responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provide support and follow-up to collaborators on issues related to Human Resources.
Manage leaves, vacations, attendance and staff documentation.
Support training, performance evaluation and work environment processes.
Maintain updated files, contracts and Human Resources records.
Prepare HR management reports and indicators.
Participate in the creation, updating and improvement of internal policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to optimize department processes.",
