IT Infrastructure Support Specialist (Remote)

Mode: Remote
Hours: 09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Rest during the week (weekend activities are considered)

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist with experience in Windows and Linux environments, focused on support, vulnerability remediation, change management and technical documentation.

Requirements:
Engineering or degree in Systems, Computer Science or similar.
Minimum of 2 years experience in IT infrastructure support.
Knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 or higher.
Experience in Linux systems: Red Hat, CentOS and Ubuntu.
Experience in vulnerability analysis and closure.
Knowledge of IIS, Java, Apache and Nginx.
Configuration and administration of DNS, FTP and NFS.
Experience in hardening, SELinux, firewalld/iptables.
Management of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Tanium.
Experience with Service Now and ITIL processes.
Opening and monitoring cases with manufacturers.
Installation of fixes and patches.
Preparation of technical documentation, diagrams and versioning.
Coordination and monitoring of RFC/changes.
Basic English.
Activities:
Support and administration of Windows and Linux infrastructure.
Remediation and monitoring of vulnerabilities.
Implementation of patches and fixes.
Monitoring and diagnosis of incidents.
Change management and RFC preparation.
Generation of documentation and technical diagrams.
Coordination with different technological areas.
