BC Tecnología is an IT services company that manages portfolio, develops projects, outsources and selects professionals for clients in the financial, insurance, retail and government sectors. We are looking to incorporate a Developer Specialist to be part of agile teams that will work on software development projects and data migrations, with a focus on delivering value increases for highly demanding clients. The candidate will participate in application development and maintenance initiatives, leading and collaborating on data integration and processing solutions within a Scrum framework, with a focus on quality, scalability and performance. The role will be performed in a hybrid environment, combining office and remote work, to ensure efficient execution and continuous delivery of value.

Roles and responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications and processes, ensuring quality, performance and scalability.
Participate in agile teams and deliver product increments with a focus on business value.
Analyze and model data for IT solutions, including migrations between platforms, batch/massive processes and ETL.
Work with SQL Server, SSIS, ASP.NET, .NET Framework and Angular, applying design patterns and good development practices.
Contribute to the technical and architectural definition of solutions, including microservices (Node.js) and integrations with AWS.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support the continuous improvement of Scrum processes and methodologies.

Requirements and desired profile
Minimum requirements:
University education in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
Experience in data migration between platforms, batch/massive processes and ETL.
Knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, ASP.NET, .NET Framework and MVC with Angular.
Experience in microservices (Node.js) and integration with AWS.
Management of Scrum methodologies and work in agile environments.
Desirable skills: analytical skills, results orientation, proactivity, teamwork, good communication skills and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.

Desirable requirements
