Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with experience to manage user queries, follow up on incidents and coordinate solutions with internal teams in a dynamic financial/FinTech sector environment.

Main responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, in-app chat and other channels (loan applications, payments and use of the app).

Record, document and track technical or functional incidents.

Coordinate with internal teams and payment providers to resolve transaction-related issues.

Maintain care records, generate reports and support KPI monitoring.

Manage reviews and comments on the Google Play Store and social networks.

Support team training and management of critical situations.

Requirements:

University education (desirable in Finance, IT or related areas).

1 to 2 years experience in customer service; Experience in FinTech or credit sector is valued.

Fluency in Spanish (Mandarin is a plus).

Management of WhatsApp, digital tools, Google Workspace or CRM.

Customer focus, empathy and problem-solving skills.

Basic financial knowledge.

Working conditions:

Salary: 500 USD

Modality: Home office

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.",
