We are looking for a customer service person in the vehicle rental sector, with support and query management functions at an international level.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries by phone, email or video calls.
Answer questions related to the vehicle rental process.
Verify customer information and offer necessary assistance.
Collaborate with SIXT branches in different countries.
Make calls aimed at selling additional services and improvements.
Requirements:
Customer orientation.
Fluent level of German and English, other languages ​​such as Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch are valued.
Clear communication skills.
Adaptation to a changing work environment.
Teamwork.
Focus on problem solving.
