At Inkshape Group, a Branding & Marketing agency for international brands, we are looking for someone who not only understands automations, but builds, optimizes and scales them.

What will you do here?
- Design and optimize automation and CRM flows (workflows, nurturing, segmentation and lead tracking) for agency clients.
- Build and improve complete sales funnels: forms, landing pages and conversion sequences.
- Create advanced integrations: webhooks, APIs, nodes and dashboards that connect the entire ecosystem.
- Manage and provide technical support to the CRM: configuration, adjustments, improvements and resolution of incidents.
- Create and edit conversion-oriented WordPress pages with UX and basic SEO criteria.
- Support Paid Media tracking: events, pixels and integrations with active campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings for clients.
- Organize and document processes in Project Manager or Excel with clarity and judgment.

The profile we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing automation and/or CRM (applies if you are Junior with a solid portfolio).
- Autonomous and orderly person.
- Ability to document what you do, if you built a flow, you must be able to explain it.
- Good written communication: we work with clients in different countries.
