At Manpower Perú we are looking for the best talent to take on an important professional challenge as a Specialist in Automation and Continuous Improvement for outstanding service at Minera Las Bambas, one of the most important mining operations in the country.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor or Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related careers.\nMinimum experience of 3 years in development and implementation of automation solutions using Microsoft tools.\nProven experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and SharePoint.\nExperience in workflow automation, integration of information sources and dashboard development. Experience with SAP and integration of information from SAP is desirable.\n Intermediate English is desirable.\nAvailability to travel to the mining operation when required\nFUNCTIONS:\nAutomation and Continuous Improvement\n Develop and implement automation solutions in accordance with the functional requirements defined for the service.\n Implement solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Power BI and other tools in the Microsoft environment.\n Evaluate and propose technical alternatives for the efficient and sustainable execution of the automations.\nEnsure the correct operation and maintenance of the implemented solutions. Governance and Continuity Implement and maintain governance standards for automations, considering documentation, testing, access, environments, repositories and control of the solutions developed.\n Maintain the documentation and inventory of the implemented solutions, ensuring their traceability, maintenance, knowledge transfer and operational continuity.\n Implement monitoring and error management mechanisms that allow timely identification, recording and attention to incidents of automated solutions.\nInformation, Reporting and Indicators\n Develop and automate reports, dashboards and indicators using Power BI and other available tools.\n Implement controls that contribute to improving the integrity, consistency and traceability of information.\n Measure and report the efficiencies obtained through the implemented automations.\nDeliverables Management\n Execute automation initiatives in accordance with the priorities, requirements and deadlines established for the service.\n Report progress, incidents, risks and results of the developments under your responsibility.\n Coordinate obtaining information, access and validations necessary for the implementation of the solutions.\nBENEFITS:\n Work modality: Home Office.\n Applicants residing in Lima, Arequipa and Cusco will be considered.\n Work schedule: Monday to Friday (5x2).\n Participation in a strategic digital transformation project for Minera Las Bambas.\n Admission to the Manpower payroll with all the legal benefits.\n\nAt Manpower Perú we promote inclusion and labor insertion without distinction based on disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, place of origin or generation.
