Roles and responsibilities
Implement security controls based on established frameworks, aligned with corporate and regulatory policies.
Optimize security architecture and tools with a preventive and resilience approach.
Lead Red Team exercises and manage incident response (IR) at a global level, coordinating with internal teams and clients.
Execute critical infrastructure hardening, Windows and Linux, and ensure the protection of cloud environments (Azure).
Perform audits of processes and cloud environments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Participate in technical committees, providing specialized observations and good security practices.
Manage strategic suppliers linked to security, evaluating solutions and contracts.

Profile and requirements
We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related roles, focused on the operation and continuous improvement of information security. Training in information security and relevant certifications will be valued. You will need to communicate effectively in English (intermediate level or higher) to interact with international clients and teams.
Technical knowledge: network and operating system security (Windows and Linux), Fortinet solutions, Azure (cloud environments), cryptography and identity management, norms and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, Cybersecurity Framework Law) and ITIL good practices. Analysis skills, problem solving, incident management and ability to work in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments.

Desirable requirements
Security certifications (ISO 27001, Microsoft Security, Red Team, OT Cybersecurity) and demonstrable experience leading compliance and operational security projects. Knowledge of security auditing and supplier evaluation. Leadership skills, teamwork, and ability to influence technical decisions at the organizational level.
