Job Description

We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist (RCM) to join our remote operations team, supporting a US-based healthcare company. This person will be responsible for processing authorization and re-authorization requests, supporting billing and reconciliation tasks, and maintaining constant communication with clients and internal team in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

-Process authorizations and re-authorizations of services
-Support billing and payment reconciliation tasks
-Maintain records and accurate tracking in internal systems
-Direct communication with clients and team in the US (advanced English)
-Customer service and query resolution

Requirements:

-2 to 4 years of experience in administrative processes, customer service, billing or related areas
-Advanced English (oral and written) — evaluation will be carried out
-High attention to detail and organizational skills
-Experience with management systems or CRM is a plus
-Availability for 100% remote work",
