•\ Communication experience:
•\ Definition of communication strategy for initiatives and projects.
•\ Preparation and execution of communication plans of objectives, benefits and characteristics of the projects to the impacted audiences.
•\ Identification and analysis of media.
•\ Establishment of indicators (KPIs) to measure performance.
•\ Communication activities for crisis care and management.
