Main activities:
- Talk to clients, users and technical teams.
- Record videos, tutorials and demos.
- Create clear documentation for users.
- Create visually attractive dashboards and reports.
- Use a drag-and-drop tool similar to Figma to design dashboards.
- Understand query languages ​​such as SQL, Cypher or other similar languages.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple way.
- Collect user feedback and communicate it to the product team.",
