Job Description
The position requires managing contracts, projects and financial processes of the company, ensuring billing, registration and compliance with internal policies. The selected individual will provide financial support, interact with auditors, and ensure reporting and reconciliations are accurate and timely.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with project managers regarding contracts, change orders, and other contractual modifications.
Configure, maintain and close projects and contracts.
Ensure time is submitted and approved weekly.
Prepare and send invoices to clients according to the terms of the contract.
Monitor aging of accounts receivable and work with project managers and client accounts payable regarding overdue items.
Manage supplier invoices from receipt to payment.
Assist in month closing, including accrual of income and expenses as necessary.
Provide financial reports to management and business groups.
Assist in audits and interact with auditors.
Be responsible for all registration, reconciliations, reporting and analysis necessary for the company's VAT returns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
2 to 4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Computer skills in database management and record keeping.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational skills.
Precision and attention to detail.
