Responsibilities:
Develop and write long-form YouTube scripts aimed at capturing attention and maintaining interest.
Analyze in detail the audience, product and market of each client.
Research topics, approaches and hooks that work in the real market.
Use AI tools as support to research, structure and write content.
Review and improve scripts based on feedback, performance data and learnings.
Collaborate with the strategy and editing area to improve the content globally.
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of copywriting, especially in the context of video or YouTube.
Criterion to work on attention, storytelling and conversion.
Results-oriented mentality, with interest in understanding what works and what doesn't.
Knowledge of the agency, coaching and B2B market environment.
Interest in YouTube, especially educational content.
