Looking for a person to create and edit video ads aimed at user acquisition and engagement on different digital platforms, including social networks and adult sites.
Responsibilities:
Create high-performing video ads adapted to various digital platforms, with a clear focus on user acquisition and engagement.
Coordinate the editing and post-production process of marketing videos, ensuring visually attractive pieces, with emotional impact and optimized for conversion.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards aligned with performance data and campaign objectives.
Use artificial intelligence tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway and other generative video technologies to improve creative production and speed up work times.
Maintain a consistent level of visual storytelling by adapting to rapid feedback and performance-based iterations.
Optimize video content for different formats, ratios and practices specific to each channel.
Stay up to date with trends in short-form advertising and in the adult and related environment to provide innovative ideas.
Ensure all content complies with platform policies and brand guidelines, pushing creative boundaries.
Requirements:
• More than four years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio of ads created for paid marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of visual storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design in performance-oriented creativity.
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of trends in adult content advertising, especially pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits and results-oriented creatives.
• Familiarity with advertising metrics such as CTR, CR, CPM and ROAS, and ability to optimize creative based on performance data.
• Communication and collaboration skills with fluent English.
• Objective-oriented profile, with a sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Action mentality, with the ability to balance execution, planning and strategy.
• Person oriented towards speed, performance and constant iteration.
• Profile with willingness to learn and open to receiving feedback.
• Convenience in creating uncensored, model-based content.
• Previous experience in the adult, dating or online gaming industry as an added value.
