Job Description
Looking for a content growth specialist to ensure the best product content reaches the right audience after its launch. You will be responsible for the product's suite of free resources such as eBooks, templates and guides, from identifying opportunities in the data to creating and distributing the final result. You will also be responsible for turning the database of free resources into a customer acquisition engine.
Responsibilities:
Analyze blog performance to detect audience needs and create new resources to attract potential customers such as e-books, templates and guides in English and Spanish.
Track the performance of potential customer acquisition resources and conduct tests to improve conversion, explaining the results and actions.
Give new visibility to the product's resources by collaborating with the blog team to find new forms of distribution in email campaigns or through links in content with high traffic.
Design and execute complete experiments, defining hypotheses, testing changes and adjusting strategies based on the results obtained.
Maintain clear communication on content performance and improvements needed for the team.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience creating content such as landing pages, email copy, or long guides.
Previous experience with content submissions and ability to show measurable results.
Ability to work with data and convert it into concrete actions.
Writing in English and mastery of Spanish.
Knowledge of a third language such as French, German, Italian or Portuguese is valued.
