Looking for an individual to join a growth marketing team focused on user activation and retention in an e-commerce environment. The position focuses on planning, executing and optimizing marketing strategies to drive repeat purchase and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Design, plan and execute the marketing strategy to activate the buyer base and convert inactive users into recurring customers.
Manage the marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions and activation actions.
Develop and execute communication campaigns aimed at e-commerce to inspire purchase and improve recurrence.
Analyze the performance of activation funnels and optimize campaigns based on behavioral and conversion data.
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and propose improvements based on results.
Requirements:
More than 3 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing or digital marketing in e-commerce.
Hybrid mentality between strategy and execution, with the ability to design and also implement campaigns autonomously.
Experience in creating and optimizing user activation and retention funnels.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation or CRM tools such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach or similar.
Skills in planning marketing calendars and storytelling applied to e-commerce.
High analytical capacity to evaluate campaign performance, funnels and ROI.
Fluent in Polish and English.
