Job Description
Looking for a professional specialized in backend development in Rust to work on the creation and maintenance of high-performance blockchain systems. The role focuses on the development of secure, scalable and low latency services, as well as integration with on-chain and off-chain solutions within the Web3 and Solana ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop backend services in Rust for the creation, simulation, validation and management of the transaction lifecycle.
Implement block construction and transaction sequencing logic.
Build and maintain integrations with on-chain and off-chain services, including DEXs, swaps, bridges, staking protocols, and RPC providers.
Work with Solana-specific transaction models, signing flows, and execution constraints.
Aggregate and process on-chain and off-chain data to support analytics, dashboards, monitoring systems and alerts.
Develop and maintain APIs and internal services for observability and operational tools.
Optimize systems for low latency, high performance, and fault tolerance.
Ensure security and correctness, especially in cryptographic operations and key management.
Participate in code reviews, write unit and integrated tests, and maintain clear documentation.
Requirements:
3+ years of production experience with Rust, ideally in backend or systems programming.
Experience with Solana, including familiarity with its transaction model.
Hands-on experience with Redis, Docker, and monitoring and observability tools like Grafana or similar.
Understanding of secure and scalable backend architectures.
Responsibility mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in distributed teams.

Salary to receive
$3,000 - $5,000 / month
