We are looking for an advertising creativity specialist to develop and execute effective advertising concepts on different digital channels. The main focus is creating ads that follow the logic of conversion funnels and generate measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Independently develop new ad concepts, advertorials, hooks and formats following the logic of funnels (Eugene Schwartz, awareness stages, etc.).
Provide instructions to creators and designers based on the concepts developed.
Analyze creative performance and derive concrete actions and tests from the data (creative iterations, new approaches, new funnel ideas).
Work with the media buying team to translate data-driven learnings directly into creative concepts.
Manage creative direction on Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and native ads.
Monitor the competition, test formats and introduce ideas that directly impact revenue.
Requirements:
Several years of experience in direct response creative strategy, preferably in a D2C environment.
Funnel marketing expert.
Knowledge of thinking in funnels, awareness stages, offer structure, UGC, storytelling, VSLs, scroll-stoppers and conversion psychology.
Ability to instruct others effectively (copy, design, video) and communicate concepts clearly.
Structured, fast and independent work, consistently delivering high-performance creatives.
