We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with strategic vision and a hands-on mindset to lead the next phase of expansion of a major law firm focused on employment law in New York.\nIn this role, you will work closely with the firm's leadership to design, execute and optimize marketing and business growth strategies. Your main objective will be to identify new market opportunities, increase brand recognition and generate customers.\nWhat will you do in this role? (Responsibilities)\nStrategy and Expansion: Design and implement marketing and market research initiatives to identify new geographic niches and accelerate customer acquisition.\nIntegrated Campaign Management: Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns combining digital and traditional strategies (SEO, email marketing, social networks, content and paid advertising).\nNetwork and Referral Development: Create and promote relationship strategies, events and campaigns aimed at strengthening alliances with reference partners (referral partners).\nSupplier and Resource Management: Coordinate and supervise the work of external agencies, freelancers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing deliverables.\nData Analysis and Reporting: Monitor the performance of each campaign using key metrics (KPIs), analyzing results and presenting strategic reports to management for data-based decision making.\nDefinitive Requirements (Essential)\nExperience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Demand Generation or Business Development roles.\nLanguage Proficiency: Conversational and written English level B2 (80%) to C1 (direct fluid communication with the client in the US is essential).\nAnalytical Thinking: Proven ability to interpret marketing analytics, measure the ROI of campaigns and optimize conversion funnels.\nProactivity and Autonomy: Ability to manage projects from start to finish independently, solving problems without requiring constant supervision.",
