We Are Hiring: Billing Specialist\n\nLocation: Guatemala (Remote) \nLevel: Managerial / Senior\nWe are looking for a strategic Bilingual Billing Specialist to lead our accounting and financial operations. This role is key to the financial health of the firm, reporting directly to Partners and providing guidance for high-level decision making.\nMain Responsibilities\nFinancial Management: Direct budgets, projections (forecasting) and investment plans.\nInternal Control: Establish and monitor policies for accounting, cash management and administration.\nReporting: Prepare financial statements, risk analysis and reports that help partners and attorneys understand profitability.\nGeneral Accounting: Oversee General Ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll.\nCompliance: Ensure that the firm complies with all state and federal regulations and professional standards.\n Requirements and Skills\nExperience: Proven track record in higher accounting, ideally in professional services firms (Lawyers, Consulting).\nSoftware: Advanced experience in QuickBooks Online and Excel (Required).\nLanguages: Advanced English proficiency (Ability to communicate complex financial information at executive levels).\nTechnical Knowledge: Deep understanding of service metrics (utilization/realization) and revenue recognition.\nMindset: Systems oriented, project management and ability to work under strict deadlines.\n Conditions and Benefits\nSchedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (occasional availability for closings or special projects).\nOpportunity for direct impact on the firm's growth strategy.\nATTEND CV IN ENGLISH",
