ServiceChannel Implementation and Optimization Specialist\nType: Temporary / Contract (3-6 months)\nSchedule: 8AM - 4PM, 44 HOURS, MST\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a temporary specialist to collaborate with facility managers and directors on the implementation and optimization of ServiceChannel. The role focuses on improving workflows, increasing adoption and optimizing operations through better use of the platform.\nKey Responsibilities:\nThis role combines Implementation, Optimization and Support, with a focus on the first two. The primary focus will be:\nOptimization (Primary): Collaborate with management to diagnose current implementation issues and redesign workflows to achieve objectives.\nDeployment Support: Release new features, modules, and vendor integrations that were previously underutilized or misconfigured.\nOngoing Support: Act as the primary system owner to ensure the platform meets business needs and provide level 3 issue resolution. Collaborate with Facilities management to implement and optimize ServiceChannel.\nDiagnose implementation issues and recommend improvements.\nConfigure and optimize ServiceChannel features and workflows.\nIdentify underutilized capabilities and drive adoption.\nProvide documentation, guidance, and basic training to facilities staff.\nSupport improvements in reporting, work order management, and vendor coordination.\nRequirements:\nThe candidate Ideally you should be an advanced user who understands the integration of the platform with the overall business. Key skills include:\nWorkflow Logic: Ability to create and automate complex work order routing and financial threshold rules.\nServiceChannel Expert: In-depth knowledge of the configuration of Service Automation, Asset Management and Supply Chain modules. 1-3 years of experience with ServiceChannel or similar platforms\nKnowledge of facilities or maintenance operations\nStrong process improvement and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently in a temporary, project-based position\nExcellent spoken and written English\nClear communication and documentation skills\n\nDesirable requirements:\nExperience with CMMS or facilities management systems\nExperience in facilities, property management or operations\nExperience in systems optimization and reporting",
