We are looking for a specialist in video creative localization to adapt high-impact campaigns to different global markets. The selected person will work on the cultural and visual adaptation of advertising pieces, ensuring brand coherence and maximum relevance for international audiences.
Responsibilities:
Adapt high-impact video creatives for different global markets such as LATAM, EMEA and SEA, ensuring naturalness for non-English speaking audiences.
Collaborate with the localization marketing team to iterate on ideas that maintain brand identity and improve local relevance.
Use artificial intelligence tools in the daily workflow for video generation, improvement and ideation.
Work with localization tools such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen or similar for dubbing, lip synchronization and asset adaptation.
Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve creative production.
Optimize editing processes through modular and reusable approaches.
Adapt to an agile environment working in different teams and types of campaigns.
Requirements:
More than 1 year of experience in motion design or video production, preferably in global or localized campaigns.
Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro with a focus on localization-optimized workflows.
Knowledge of typography and design applied to different languages ​​and text lengths.
Experience with AI tools applied to creative production (image, video, voice or automation).
Basic knowledge of performance marketing and conversion-oriented communication.
Modular approach to editing and reusing creative assets.
High attention to detail in multilingual content.
Good level of organization and time management.
Basic knowledge of Figma.
