At Xambre we develop technological solutions for companies in Latin America and we are currently building our Marketing Department.

We are looking for a highly creative, strategic person passionate about digital content creation, marketing and Artificial Intelligence.

This is NOT a traditional Community Manager vacancy.

We are looking for a professional who wants to build a long-term career within a growing technology company and become a key player in the positioning of our brand.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning, producing and executing digital content to strengthen Xambre's presence on different platforms.

Your activities will include:

- Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business, Google Business and YouTube Studio.
- Design carousels, banners, publications and graphic material.
- Create Reels, Shorts and videos using Canva, CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Write copies, scripts, advertisements and commercial content.
- Research trends and develop new content strategies.
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize creative processes.
- Manage editorial calendars.
- Analyze metrics and propose continuous improvements.
- Collaborate directly with Management on Xambre's growth strategy.
- Actively participate in commercial campaigns, branding and demand generation.

Requirements

- Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years in content creation, digital marketing, social media or related areas.
- Professional portfolio with completed work.
- Excellent spelling and writing.
- Creativity, visual criteria and strategic thinking.
- Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Organization, responsibility and results orientation.
- Availability to work full time.
- Own computer and stable internet.

What we offer

100% remote work.

Initial base salary of COP $2,000,000 per month.

Performance evaluation during the first 90 days, with the possibility of increasing the base salary to COP $3,000,000 per month, according to results and performance.

Performance bonuses.

Commissions for commercial opportunities generated from the content.

Participation in the monetization of content generated for Xambre's digital platforms.

Growth plan

At Xambre we believe that talent should be rewarded.

With good performance it is possible to reach a base salary of COP $3,000,000 per month during the first months.

From that moment on, bonuses, commissions and content monetization can represent additional income of between COP $3,000,000 and COP $5,000,000 per month or even higher, depending on the results obtained.

Technical interview.
