Job Description
We are a music school (drums), with a very visual and experience-based product.
We are looking for someone with practical experience in Meta Ads campaigns, oriented to results.
Modality: remote work by project.
It is not an exclusive or full-time position.
What we DO need:
Experience:
– +1 year working with Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads
– Real experience promoting offline businesses/services
– Good management of local target: zones, radii, geolocation
– CDMX = huge plus
What are you going to do:
– Create and manage campaigns from scratch
– Test audiences, creatives and offers
– Optimize campaigns for:
- leads
- messages
- records
– Work with Meta Ads Manager, pixel and events
– Analysis of results and scaling of what works
Creativity (very important):
– Propose creative ideas, not just ask for a quote
– Understand how to sell emotions and experience, not just price
– Good visual eye and common sense
Numbers and analytics:
– Know how to read, understand and explain metrics in human language
– Clear reports with:
- CPL
- CTR
- CPM
- cost per lead
Communication:
– Quick and clear response
– Initiative (not waiting for instructions for everything)
– Teamwork with sales / managers
Work format:
– Remote
– Weekly / monthly reports
– Trial period — to be agreed
Payment terms:
Fees per project, depending on experience.
Possibility of bonuses for results.
