Job Description
The team is migrating the entire infrastructure from self-hosted systems to a SaaS architecture. We are looking for a profile that contributes to the management, cleaning and transfer of data, as well as the improvement of the data model and integrations between SaaS tools.
Responsibilities:
Extract relevant information from the Shopware mirror database (BigQuery).
Data cleaning, including duplicates, formats and special cases.
Mapping and transferring to HubSpot data model (Contacts, Orders, Products, Line Items).
Smart deduplication using email as a key to avoid duplicate contacts.
Developed import scripts using HubSpot API (batch imports, rate limits, error handling).
Data validation and reconciliation.
Detailed documentation of all scripts, mappings and processes.
Ensure and improve data quality in LearnWorlds and HubSpot.
Construction and maintenance of reporting structures and control panels.
Implementation of new integrations between SaaS tools (API connections, automations).
Evolution of the data model to meet new requirements.
Requirements:
SQL proficiency, including JOINs in relational databases.
Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data storage systems.
Experience in ETL processes and data migrations.
Experience with APIs (HubSpot preferred) or ability to quickly adapt to REST APIs.
Scripting experience (Python, Node.js or similar).
Structured and documented work style.
Knowledge of German and English.
Residence in Germany.
