The role focuses on shaping digital discourse between readers of different media brands, ensuring a respectful, constructive and fact-based space for debate. It also involves the management of digital communities and interaction on different platforms.
Responsibilities:
Shape digital discourse among readers, fostering a respectful and constructive environment of participation.
Manage the online community and moderate comments and discussions on articles published on websites and applications.
Manage social media channels and moderate comments on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Review, evaluate and process user reviews to support editorial and product teams in improving digital offerings and the community experience.
Requirements:
Maintain a professional communication style with correct grammar and spelling in native German.
Interest in current affairs, with general knowledge and regular use of digital news services.
Ability to communicate with respect and security, moderating in a constructive and objective way.
Experience with digital platforms and common social networks.
