The position is aimed at monitoring and supporting data processes in the Azure environment, with a focus on service quality and incident management.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular monitoring of data processes to ensure operation and detection of potential problems.
Provide incident support, resolve issues, and implement solutions to reduce downtime.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and document processes, incidents and solutions.
Monitor key performance indicators such as availability of data sets to ensure quality of service.
Manage tickets by creating, assigning, tracking and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base to support operations and incident resolution.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Azure Data Factory including flat file processing.
Proficiency in Power BI including report creation, creation of tabular models with transformations and permissions management.
Knowledge and experience in T SQL.
Communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Commitment to the identification and implementation of improvements in processes and systems.
