About the Role 🎯
We are looking for someone very capable, analytical and with great business vision to lead the Onboarding of our clients. We are not looking for a pure Operations Engineer or a developer, but rather a brilliant "translator": someone capable of understanding the client's business model, configuring our AI Agents to adapt to their operational needs and ensuring that from day one they see a direct impact on their revenue.
You will be the bridge between our AI technology and our clients' business success.
What you will do (Your Responsibilities) 🛠️
Lead the End-to-End of Onboarding: You will be the first strategic face of AgendaPro after the sale. You will guide businesses in the adoption of their new AI Agents.
Smart Configuration: Adjust, parameterize and fine-tune AI Agents (prompts, conversational flows, basic integrations) so that they respond perfectly to the growth metrics of each client.
Business Consulting: Analyze the client's operation to identify how AI can bring greater return on investment (ROI) in the short term.
Training and Empowerment: Educate business owners and their staff on how to coexist and get the most out of AI and the platform.
Initial Troubleshooting: Detect technical frictions during the deployment and work hand in hand with the Product/Engineering team to resolve them quickly.
Early Success Monitoring: Ensure that the "Time-to-Value" (time in which the client sees monetary results) is as short as possible.
The work is in person in the office located steps from the Los Leones metro.
Tech-Business Hybrid: You have a natural affinity for technology. You don't need to know how to program from scratch, but you do need to understand how integrations work, system logic (APIs, webhooks, automation flows) and you are passionate about the world of AI.
Experience: 2 to 4 years in Implementation, B2B Onboarding, Technology Consulting, Technical Customer Success or Project Management roles (ideally in startups or SaaS companies).
Commercial Vision: You understand numbers. Your motivation is not just that "the software works", but that "the software makes money" for the customer.
High Level Communication: You are able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way to business owners who may not be as technological.
Problem Solving: You are proactive, autonomous and do not get blocked by uncertainty; If something doesn't work, you look for a logical way to fix it.
Previous experience interacting with AI tools, creating Prompts or No-Code/Low-Code platforms.
Experience working with SMEs, local businesses or the service sector.
