Mortgage sector company, located in San Diego, California, requests: Loan Specialist (remote mode)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•\ Responsible for loan estimation and information
•\ Request for appraisals and/or certificates from the community of owners
•\ Presentation of the loan for subscription

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE

•\ Office 365
•\ Basic mathematical calculations
•\ SFG Essential Knowledge Table (training provided)

QUALIFICATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

•\ No experience
•\ 1 year of mortgage or real estate experience (preferred, not essential)
•\ Advanced conversational English (able to communicate with native speakers)
•\ Have computer equipment

DESIRABLE SKILLS

•\ Strong communication skills
•\ Great organizational skills
•\ Ability to work as a team
•\ Ability to work without supervision

WORKING CONDITIONS

•\ Mode: 100% remote
•\ Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
•\ Flexibility: if the activities are completed in 8 hours, there is no problem with the departure time
•\ Saturdays: half day
