Job Description
We are looking for a technical and creative profile specialized in the creation of advanced visual production systems using artificial intelligence. The selected person will be responsible for designing workflows, training models and ensuring visual consistency in the generation of photorealistic images for high-impact marketing campaigns. Visual quality is prioritized over production volume.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement advanced and repeatable node-based workflows to ensure stability, style consistency, and high visual fidelity.
Create photorealistic visual resources optimized for performance marketing campaigns.
Analyze visual trends and audience data to adapt AI-generated content to different target audiences.
Train and adjust custom models (LoRA) to maintain visual identity consistency between products.
Supervise the technical quality control of the generated resources, ensuring the absence of anatomical errors, hallucinations and style inconsistencies.
Evaluate new AI tools and propose improvements in production processes.
Develop and maintain internal libraries of good practices, prompts and documentation to ensure reproducible and scalable results.
Collaborate with video editing, multimedia production and media teams to ensure the correct integration of assets into campaigns.
Requirements:
Training in design, photography or visual production.
Knowledge of lighting, composition and materials.
More than 2 years of experience in commercial content production with generative AI.
Hands-on experience with tools such as ComfyUI, Runway or similar platforms.
Experience in training LoRA models and preparing datasets.
Ability to integrate AI outputs into traditional workflows (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
Structured approach to convert experimental processes into repeatable and documented systems.
Understanding of animation principles and preparation of assets for motion.
Portfolio with high-quality generative AI work.
English level B2 or higher.
