We are looking for a Social Media Advertising Specialist to lead the planning, execution and optimization of paid campaigns on multiple platforms, in addition to managing collaborations with influencers. The company focuses on generating measurable results through digital strategies that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways. You will work closely with the organic social team to ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels.\nSchedule\nMonday to Friday 9:30 a.m. 6:30 p.m. \nKey Responsibilities\nPaid social media campaigns\nPlan and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and conversions and ROI.\nCreate dashboards and presentations with actionable insights.\nInfluencer management\nIdentify and evaluate influencers based on audience, engagement and brand affinity.\nManage relationships, provide creative direction and ensure timely deliveries.\nSupervise campaign execution and compliance with creative and contractual standards.\nAnalyze and report impact of campaigns with influencers.\nCross-functional collaboration\nWork with account, creative, media and strategy teams to align paid efforts and influencers.\nBe a strategic partner for clients, managing communication and detecting optimization opportunities.\nLearning and innovation\nKeep up to date on trends in social media and influencer marketing.\nRecommend new tools, platforms or tactics to improve campaign performance.\nRequirements\n2 to 4 years of experience in paid advertising on social networks and/or influencer marketing (preference in agencies).\nAdvanced English.\nProficiency in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, among others.\nExperience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and propose strategic recommendations.\nExcellent organization, multitasking and communication skills (including presentations to clients).\nPassion for social networks and digital brand engagement.",
