Profile we are looking for
We value applications from professionals with experience in areas such as:
* VR, AR and XR design
* 3D art
* Creation of virtual environments and characters
*Technical Art
* Development with Unity
* Development with Unreal Engine
*XR software engineering
* Simulation development
* UI/UX design applied to XR experiences
*Motion Graphics
* Design of interactive experiences
We also value specialized work teams and studios capable of developing complete XR solutions, including design, development, optimization, testing and implementation.

Requirements
* Solid portfolio that demonstrates experience in XR, VR, AR, MR, simulations, video games or immersive experiences.
* Good level of English to communicate professionally with our team in New York.
* Experience working remotely with international clients.
* Excellent problem solving skills.
* Creativity and ability to propose innovative ideas that add value to projects.
* Proactive attitude and orientation to quality and results.
* Ability to meet delivery deadlines and maintain high professional standards.
* Experience with one or more of the following technologies:

*Substance Painter
* Development for Meta Quest
