Job Description:
Growing company requests a Field Recruiter with experience in attracting operational talent. The person will be responsible for covering massive vacancies in a timely manner, through field recruitment strategies and digital media.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment of operational profiles (general assistants, warehousemen, production, etc.)
Publication of vacancies on digital platforms and social networks
Field work (posting, flyers, job fairs, recruitment modules)
Candidate filter and initial interviews
File integration
Follow-up on candidates until they are hired
Compliance with coverage goals

Requirements:
Minimum 2 year experience in mass recruitment
Availability for field work
Have a car (preferred)
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of the Cuautla area and surroundings
Basic management of job boards and social networks
