We are looking for a creative, strategic and results-oriented professional to manage and grow our social media presence within the real estate sector. This person will be responsible for the creation, planning and execution of engaging content that generates leads, strengthens the brand and increases the visibility of our properties and services.
Main responsibilities:
• Create and manage content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant ones.
• Design attractive posts (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) focused on real estate.
• Plan and execute a weekly/monthly content calendar.
• Record and edit property videos, tours, testimonials and educational content.
• Manage messages, comments and engagement with the audience.
• Implement lead generation strategies (organic and paid).
• Analyze metrics and results to optimize content.
• Coordinate with real estate agents to highlight properties and opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency (branding, tone, visual style).
• Research market trends and viral content in real estate.
