Job Description
We are looking for a Transcript review and editing specialist to review and adapt transcripts generated by artificial intelligence, ensuring their presentation and quality. The selected person will apply punctuation, formatting and normalization rules to the text following the project guidelines and established standards.
Responsibilities:
Review transcripts generated by artificial intelligence to prepare their final version.
Correctly apply the rules of punctuation, capitalization and text formatting.
Normalize numbers, dates, times, currencies, and other elements according to project guidelines.
Keep the original content of the transcripts intact, without modifying the words provided.
Consult the reference audio only when necessary to resolve punctuation or formatting questions.
Rigorously follow quality guidelines and established procedures.
Complete assigned tasks within defined deadlines.
Requirements:
Proficiency in writing in the work language.
Attention to detail and ability to detect formatting and punctuation errors.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately and consistently.
Computer knowledge.
Ability to work autonomously and meet productivity goals.
Experience in transcription, linguistic annotation or text review projects will be an advantage, although it is not essential.
