Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Health and Fitness Specialist to join our team in a 100% remote position.

Your primary responsibility will be to help our clients understand the results of their body composition DEXA scans. You will not make medical diagnoses or interpret clinical studies. Your role will be to educate clients, answer their questions, and provide general guidance related to health, exercise, and body composition.

Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and video calls with clients in English.
Complete our training program to learn how to explain DEXA body composition reports to clients. No prior experience with DEXA is required.
Clearly explain concepts such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat, bone mineral density and other body composition metrics.
Provide general guidance on exercise, training, nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits (without providing medical advice).
Deliver an excellent customer experience through clear, professional and empathetic communication.
Collaborate with the team to improve educational materials and internal processes.
Maintain a professional presentation and image during video calls.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, Nutrition or a related field.
Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Comfort and confidence when speaking on camera during video calls.
Genuine interest in health, fitness and helping other people achieve their goals.
Ability to explain scientific concepts in a simple and easy to understand way.
Experience as a personal trainer, health coach or in client education is a plus.

Certifications such as NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE or ISSA.
Previous experience in customer service.
Experience making video calls using Zoom or Google Meet.
Knowledge of body composition or bone densitometry (DEXA), although it is not necessary, as we offer complete training.",
