Job Description

We are looking for a SAP Cloud ALM specialist with experience in monitoring, observability and operation of enterprise SAP environments, as well as complementary knowledge in SAP BTP.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementation, configuration and operation of SAP Cloud ALM, participating in monitoring activities, integration of SAP landscapes, operational monitoring and technical support.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage and operate SAP Cloud ALM for enterprise SAP environments.
- Configure monitoring, observability and alerting in SAP Cloud ALM.
- Perform onboarding of SAP systems towards Cloud ALM.
- Provide operational follow-up to events, alerts and incidents detected in Cloud ALM.
- Generate operational reports, dashboards and system availability and health metrics.
- Coordinate technical activities with SAP Basis, infrastructure, networking and SAP Vendor teams.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of monitoring and operation capabilities.
- Validate connectivity and integration between SAP and Cloud ALM landscapes.
- Participate in technical troubleshooting related to monitoring and integration.
- Provide basic technical support in SAP BTP components and services.
- Collaborate on initiatives related to observability, automation and cloud operation.
- Document technical procedures and operational configurations.

Technical Requirements and Experience

-3 to 5 years of experience in SAP technologies.
-Verifiable experience in SAP Cloud ALM.
-Solid knowledge in:
SAP Cloud ALM
SAP monitoring and observability
SAP integration and connectivity
-General knowledge of SAP BTP.
-Experience in onboarding and configuration of SAP landscapes in Cloud ALM.
-Experience in analysis and attention to operational alerts and incidents.
-Knowledge of operational processes and management of SLAs.
-Conversational English (Desirable)
-Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
