We are looking for a profile specialized in 3D design and motion graphics to integrate into a creative and high-level environment, participating in the creation of images, animations and visual content for hardware products and promotional materials, always maintaining quality standards and brand coherence.
Responsibilities:
Model preparation:
prepare a range of 3D models from the product design team, which may include CAD data, to ensure they are ready for use on the production line, which is Cinema 4D and Redshift.
CAD production line:
convert and optimize CAD data for static and video rendering production lines, which may include retopology when necessary.
Image creation:
use prepared 3D assets and work with the creative director to compose, light and render world-class images to be used on PlayStation hardware packaging and for promotional purposes.
Creative development:
conceptualize, storyboard and execute motion design projects, delivering innovative and visually impactful content.
Production:
animate and edit motion graphics, videos, and 2D and 3D assets for various platforms, including web, social media, and broadcast.
Collaboration:
working with producers, creative teams and clients to ensure vision becomes a reality and projects are delivered on time.
Brand consistency:
maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency.
Innovation:
stay up to date with design trends, tools and techniques and incorporate new ideas into the team's workflow.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in 3D and motion design, animation or a related field, preferably in an agency.
Experience creating dramatic and engaging product images.
Expertise in lighting to reveal the shape of a product.
Mastery of Cinema 4D, Redshift and Adobe After Effects.
Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Knowledge of other 3D software is an advantage.
Familiarity with audio editing, motion tracking, and compositing techniques.
Portfolio showcasing a range of key visuals, CG static illustrations and motion design work, including 2D and 3D animation.
Good eye for detail, typography, color and composition, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visuals.
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
