At ADN Human Resources we are looking for a Senior Public Bidding Specialist to join a national company in the public lighting, energy and urban infrastructure sector. The position is part-time, freelance and 100% remote, with an approximate dedication of 15 hours per week and immediate entry.

We are looking for a technical and strategic profile, with verifiable experience in Argentine public tenders, who can assume a key role in decision-making and maximizing awarded tenders.

The selected person will be responsible for identifying and analyzing public bidding opportunities, mainly through portals such astrabajopublica.com, evaluating technical and administrative specifications and strategically defining which processes should be submitted. He will be in charge of directing and supervising the technical offer and administrative documentation, the assembly of which will be carried out by internal personnel, ensuring the correct presentation of the proposals and actively monitoring each bidding process.

Likewise, it will manage technical approval processes for products, including presentations, pilot tests, technical meetings and subsequent monitoring. You will maintain direct contact with municipalities and public organizations, relying on existing relationships or developing new links, and you will interact directly with the company's partners, participating in strategic decisions aimed at business growth.

It is an exclusive requirement to have real and verifiable experience in Argentine public tenders, having operated processes from the supplier's side. Practical knowledge of technical and administrative specifications, bidding portals and experience in municipal and/or provincial processes is required.

Experience in areas such as public lighting, electrical energy, solar and renewable energy, urban infrastructure or municipal public works will be valued.

Complete secondary school required. The company values ​​experienced profiles, with low work volatility, high autonomy, decision-making capacity, strategic thinking and technical negotiation skills.
