Senior Specialist in Middleware and Platform Modernization

Role objective
Guarantee maximum performance and high availability of IIS environments and .NET applications, performing advanced fine tuning and leading the gradual modernization of Legacy platforms towards DevSecOps, without affecting critical systems.

Key responsibilities
-Advanced IIS optimization (Application Pools, processes, queues, recycling).
-Performance diagnosis in .NET applications (memory, threads, latency).
-Management of HA / Web Farms environments and load balancing.
-Incident analysis (RCA) with logs and memory dumps.
-Automation with PowerShell and CI/CD support.
-IIS hardening and SSL/TLS management.

Requirements:
-5 years managing IIS in business environments.
-Solid experience in Performance Tuning .NET.
-Advanced knowledge of IIS, CLR, Garbage Collection.
-APM tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, DebugDiag.
-Experience in NLB, ARR, F5 or Citrix.
-Intermediate–advanced PowerShell.

Desirable:
-Jenkins or Bitbucket Pipelines.
-Microsoft and/or AWS certifications.",
